JR Automotive - San Francisco Auto Repair Services

I brought my jeep in for an inspection as it was making noises. They were very thorough and solved a problem that 4 other shops did not solve. I also appreciate their kindness in explaining the repairs and overall car knowledge they provided.

I highly recommend JR Automotive! I called them first thing in the morning and described what was happening to my 2002 Toyota Rav4. They told me to come in that morning, and they identified my catalytic converter needed to be replaced. They identified another issue from previous work done on my car and were able to fix that as well. The parts and labor pricing was reasonable and they were able to service my car same day. I took a road trip to SoCal the next day, and since then my car is still running great with no issues. Thanks y’all!

I stumbled across JR Automotive through Yelp and glad that I did. My coolant was leaking and had to get it done asap. This place opened early and had good reviews so I took my car there. My car is older, 2005. The owner was friendly and honest. I liked that they were upfront and again honest! You know when you get your car back from a repair shop and it doesn't feel right sometimes? Well this is the first time that I felt my car is done right without any doubts. Besides the radiator and hoses, I got my rear brakes replaced and my pipes were so old, rusty that they replaced them also. Feels like a brand new car. They even got it cleaned which was nice. My husband and I felt like the price is right. The only thing is that it went over a day. I guess it's because of the amount of work that needed to be done.

If you’re looking for honesty, kindness, and great work look no further! Absolutely blown away every time I take my van in. Our van got stolen and needed some work and they got her back to new and helped us through the whole process! They are so kind and thoughtful and do such great work at great prices!

JR Autotmotive are the best i trusted them with my mom’s 2014 Grand Jeep Cherokee I inherited for an oil change and they were really great to work with, i live in the neighborhood and they understand what it means to own a vehicle in the city and to help maintain it. looking forward to have them help me understand my new car. 🙏🏽
